Meet us at LabelExpo Americas

The clock is ticking...and Label Expo is approaching. Glunz & Jensen will be represented this year at Label Expo on booth #5523.  Our focus will be on label and narrow web platemaking this year – and therefore we will be introducing our new Flex-In-One family of products.

Flex-In-One is our newest generation of compact, all-in-one integrated platemaking systems, designed to house the entire flexographic platemaking process including plate exposure, processing, drying and light finishing of plate sizes up to 660 x 810 mm (26 x 32”).

Glunz & Jensen will be exhibiting the Flex-In-One 260 S for solvent plates at Label Expo Americas. Flex-in-One 260 S is the ideal choice for the label/tag and narrow web markets, and uniquely features:

• Increased processing latitude with the new  Multi-Pass wash-out function
• Plate wash-out is optimised for micro screening applications
• Increased UV exposure output – more than 25 mW/cm2; Suitable for HD screening
Soon to be released is the Flex-In-One 260 W, a compact all-in-one platemaking system for water wash flexo plates. Flex-In-One 260 W features the unique FlexTechTM flat-brush washout system providing uniform washing and cleanout of fine detail in water wash plates, while also reducing the total wash-out time by up to 40%. Flex-In-One 260 W also includes a high efficiency, two-step water filtration system allowing for long processing intervals without the need for frequent filter changes.
