Built on the proven Flex-Pro platform - elevated to Elite.

The next-generation Flex-Pro Elite platform delivers enhanced screening performance for demanding flexographic applications. With the Advanced Screening Suite, it enables high-precision processing
of premium screening technologies, delivering exceptional image fidelity, smooth tonal transitions
and superior detail reproduction.

Its unique elevator system moves plates automatically between all process steps, minimizing manual handling and enabling efficient, consistent production.

Flex-Line can be configured with the Flex-Pro 520 processor, the 520 XP premium processor for increased productivity, or the 520 (XP) Elite processor for enhanced screening structures.

The user-friendly design of the Flex-Line provides easy access
and maintenance. Light finisher modules slide out for easy lamp
replacement within minutes! Optional second light finisher shown.

The high speed Flex-Pro 520XP washout processor uses the trusted heavy duty XP processor with 23 brushes and a separate 2-brush washout section to remove the black mask. Reliable mechanics and precise process controls provide excellent and consistent results.

After washout, each plate is transported through all remaining
processes by a special tray. No mechanical stress is applied
to the processed plate at any time.

Each dryer slot is equipped with advanced air flow management
and individual temperature control for fast and accurate drying

Industrial control components are located nearby each section
for easy access and efficient technical maintenance.

Advanced mechanics supported by servo controls provide accurate
and reliable transport of the flexo plate through all processing steps. 

Supports increasingly fine structures from Quartz,
Pixel Plus, Brilliance and other premium screening
technologies.

Consistent washout and clean plate surfaces support
repeatability, stable ink transfer and reliable print
quality.

High-precision processing supports sharper
