The InterPlater MD 85T / 125T is designed to offer fast, reliable and efficient processing of thermal and UV / conventional plates. It offers the durability, high quality and ease of operation associated with all Glunz & Jensen platemaking equipment.

The InterPlater MD is an affordable solution for price sensitive, emerging markets. The platform and features have been carefully considered to optimize costs, without compromising on quality. It is highly flexible and configurable, with a wide range of integration options with other prepress equipment.

A range of accessories and options are available offering advanced features and controls, including container level alarms, water saving measures, developer fill pump, drip tray, and more.

The InterPlater MD has an intuitive control panel with status/ error information, function keys and four user-defined programs.

InterPlater MD uses a worm drive system, well known from the InterPlater HDX, for driving rollers and brushes.

The filter is conveniently mounted under the frame, allowing easy access.

Glunz & Jensen’s Remote Enabling System is included with the InterPlater MD and is used to configure the processor and allow for convenient remote service access via the Internet.

All electronics and mechanical components are located on the sides of the processor, for easy and convenient access during maintenance.

InterPlater MD can be upgraded to include a touch screen display with full functionality, as on the InterPlater HDX.
